Senior Oracle ERP Integration Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ERP integration projects from initiation to Go-Live.

• Simultaneously manage multiple ERP integration initiatives.

• Facilitate collaboration among business, functional, technical, and vendor teams.

• Track project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Direct data migration efforts, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production loads.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare and validate legacy ERP data.

• Raise awareness of risks, obstacles, and schedule impacts to leadership.

• Ensure effective testing, cutover, deployment, and post-Go-Live tasks.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders across both business and IT sectors.

• Spearhead ERP integration projects resulting from mergers and business transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in ERP or enterprise technology programs.

• Extensive experience in leading ERP implementation, integration, or transformation projects.

• Proven track record in managing full-lifecycle ERP integrations.

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) environments.

• Familiarity with data migration and data conversion processes.

• Established ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.

• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.

• Proficiency in advanced/fluent English is essential.

• Preferred: Over 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS.

• Preferred: Background in supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or post-acquisition integrations.

• Preferred: Experience in coordinating mock data loads, production loads, and Go-Live activities.

• Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or similar Project Management certification.

• Preferred: Understanding of enterprise data migration and ERP deployment methodologies.
