Senior Oracle ERP Integration Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ERP integration projects from the initial planning stage to Go-Live.

• Manage several ERP integrations concurrently.

• Facilitate collaboration among business, functional, technical, and vendor teams.

• Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Lead data migration efforts, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production loads.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare and verify legacy ERP data.

• Raise risks, obstacles, and scheduling impacts to leadership.

• Ensure effective execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and post-Go-Live processes.

• Foster stakeholder alignment across business and IT entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience in ERP or enterprise technology initiatives.

• Extensive experience in leading ERP implementation, integration, or transformation projects.

• Proficient in managing the complete lifecycle of ERP integrations.

• Familiarity with Oracle EBS environments.

• Experience in data migration and data conversion processes.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple simultaneous projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience working with teams distributed across various locations.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Preferably, 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS.

• Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or post-acquisition integrations is preferred.

• Preferably experienced in coordinating mock data loads, production loads, and Go-Live activities.

• PMP, CAPM, or other Project Management certifications are preferred.

• Knowledge of enterprise data migration and ERP deployment methodologies is preferred.
