This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Provide support, analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle EBS Finance applications, encompassing AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, EBTax, Projects, Workflow, and associated Finance solutions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to collect requirements, assess business processes, and propose scalable Oracle solutions.
• Create functional specifications, oversee testing, and coordinate with developers throughout the solution design, implementation, and production deployment phases.
• Analyze intricate production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-lasting solutions.
• Act as the functional owner by leading functional discussions and providing technical guidance when necessary.
• Deliver senior-level production support while juggling multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Guide junior Business Systems Analysts by imparting Oracle functional expertise and best practices.
• Assist with production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and implementation projects.
• Occasional travel to support implementation project go-lives may be required, typically less than 10%.
• Standard work allocation: project/process improvements 50%; user support 25%; documentation 15%; Oracle implementation projects 10%.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on Oracle EBS Finance applications.
• Proven experience partnering with Finance organizations to deploy Oracle Finance solutions and enhance business processes.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, and EBTax.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to analyze business requirements and transform them into actionable Oracle Finance solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing various priorities and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in facilitating functional discussions and driving practical solutions across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management (AME), and Projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle implementation experience, and Oracle Finance reporting.
• Experience supporting global Finance organizations.
• Adherence to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures along with relevant ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Ability to identify ITAR products and comprehend access restrictions for US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
• Recognition of Foreign Person visitors and adherence to authorization protocols.
• Understanding of export and ITAR requirements for shipments departing the US.
• Management of vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
