Senior Optimizely Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the specialist in Optimizely for the project, directing the technical design and development of the portal.

• Collaborate with the Architect and Development Lead to create a solid, scalable architecture utilizing Optimizely.

• Lead the development team in best practices for Optimizely implementation, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.

• Partner with the Senior Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to integrate Optimizely solutions with other project elements.

• Enhance portal performance in accordance with technical and business benchmarks.

• Supervise testing and quality assurance in line with project standards and requirements.

• Convey technical insights and progress updates to project stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of Optimizely features and industry trends to improve project results.

• Foster innovative solutions to enhance user experience and business value.

• Deliver Optimizely training and mentorship to team members.

• Detect technical risks and collaboratively implement mitigation strategies.

• Serve as the main technical contact for Optimizely, overseeing vendor relationships and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience with the Optimizely platform, encompassing CMS and Commerce.

• Demonstrated success as a Technical Lead in large-scale web portal initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of web technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and cloud platforms.

• Experience in Agile development settings, collaborating closely with Scrum teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Certification in Optimizely (e.g., Optimizely Developer Certification) is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with the integration of third-party services and APIs within the Optimizely platform.
