This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Assist in attracting and recruiting outstanding talent for the Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and formulate effective recruiting strategies.
• Identify and engage top-tier technical talent through LinkedIn and various sourcing channels.
• Organize interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep precise records of candidates and recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional teams to support hiring priorities.
• Contribute to enhancements in the recruiting process, documentation, and team initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and scalability.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house capacity.
• Proven experience in recruiting for roles in Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
