Senior Operations Manager, Retail & Wholesale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operational execution for Blueprint’s retail and wholesale/distributor accounts.

• Enhance sell-through and shelf placement performance by account, monitoring velocity, identifying risks early, and suggesting actions.

• Act as the internal coordinator among Inventory, Logistics, and Systems for EDI, PIM/vendor data, case pack compliance, and purchase order execution.

• Ensure EDI health for all retail and wholesale accounts, which includes testing, handling exceptions, and maintaining ongoing accuracy.

• Maintain PIM and vendor-portal data for retailers, including SKU dimensions, weights, images, and descriptions.

• Monitor fill rates, on-time shipments, and chargeback exposure, collaborating with Compliance and Quality to address issues.

• Supervise warehouse execution for both retail and wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling according to account-specific requirements.

• Work with the DC/3PL team to identify errors before they escalate into fill rate or chargeback issues.

• Report to the Senior Director of Operations and Logistics while collaborating cross-functionally with Inventory, Logistics, Systems, Purchasing, Packaging, Demand Planning, Quality, and Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in retail/wholesale operations, customer supply chain, or channel operations within a CPG or D2C brand.

• Direct experience with EDI, retailer PIM/vendor portals, and ERP systems.

• Proven track record in managing the operational relationship of a retail account, including fill rates, chargebacks, and sell-through performance.

• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Inventory, Logistics, Systems, Compliance, Purchasing, and Sales.

• Experience in developing and refining operational processes in a rapidly scaling environment.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and analytics for tracking sell-through and shelf performance.

• Experience assisting a brand’s expansion into new retail or wholesale accounts.

• Understanding of case pack and compliance requirements for national retail accounts.
