Senior Operations Manager, Implementation & Accounts – Hospital Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead complete hospital launches from the signing of contracts to stabilized production billing, serving as the designated account contact.

• Develop hospital launch playbooks, which encompass diligence playbooks, customer management workflows, rule creation and configuration, and automation processes.

• Convert various tax IDs, multiple EHRs, and institutional adjudication rules into actionable implementation strategies in collaboration with customer leadership and operations teams.

• Maintain daily coordination with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams.

• Manage accounts post go-live, ensuring stable and repeatable collections prior to transition to long-term management.

• Set up SLAs and handoff procedures with internal partner teams.

• Assist in defining Launch and Account Management as distinct functions within Hospital Billing.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management teams.

• Work directly with the Hospital Billing GM on essential business processes related to complex customer launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations within a high-paced SaaS tech environment.

• Proven track record of generating opportunities and pursuing ownership roles.

• Strong skills in SQL and Excel.

• A background in SQL or robust analytical experience in finance or consulting is advantageous.

• Demonstrated expertise in project management and the execution of multiple projects in a fast-moving setting.

• Ability to create processes in the absence of an existing playbook.

• Confidence in leading meetings with CFOs of health systems or revenue integrity teams.

• Capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and identify obstacles prior to escalation.

• Experience in healthcare or RCM is beneficial but not a strict requirement.

• Required to report any confirmed or potential information security events or risks to the information security office.

• Must affirm compliance with information security requirements upon hiring and annually thereafter.
