This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement CRM and EMR systems both on-site and remotely across clinics in Spain and Italy.
• Ensure that projects stay aligned with established timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints.
• Work in partnership with clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and teams from central Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing departments.
• Showcase the digital suite, evaluate current processes, identify gaps in the system, and document localized configuration needs.
• Configure systems, assist with user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Aid in delivering user training, contribute to the creation of user guides, and facilitate the adoption of the system.
• Manage the migration and validation of legacy data in coordination with the central data team.
• Offer post-go-live hypercare and ongoing operational support.
• 3–5 years of experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, preferably within healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM settings.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics) and/or EMR systems (e.g., eBase, VRepro, Filemaker).
• Strong knowledge of reproductive healthcare workflows.
• Familiarity with processes related to data migration and system integration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish.
• Proficiency in an additional European language such as Swedish or Estonian is preferred.
• A degree or certification in Business, IT, Healthcare, or Education is preferred.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments is advantageous.
• A background in roll-ups or M&A environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to clinics across Finland, Sweden, and Estonia.
