This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +32 more states.
• Lead and autonomously oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff and discovery phases through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and deployment.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers.
• Direct the processes for scheduling, staffing, and operating room assignments utilizing expertise in surgical case management and perioperative workflows.
• Convey technical requirements and data/setup necessities to customer IT and process teams.
• Construct data pipelines, create system interfaces, and tailor workflows.
• Record implementation requirements and modifications.
• Tackle challenges, manage project timelines, and set up post-implementation performance metrics.
• Keep track of customer readiness for go-lives and proactively address risks, obstacles, or misalignments.
• Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, suggest workflow improvements, and offer product feedback.
• Promote adoption by fostering relationships with practice leadership and staff and cultivating super users within customer organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare implementation.
• Proven ability to apply strong quantitative and analytical skills in previous positions.
• Familiarity with general software implementation processes.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and data.
• Experience in project management and facilitating change management.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 35-50% across the nation.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
