This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Assist in the implementation of financial services solutions for clients, from project initiation to delivery and initial post-production support.
• Collect client configuration requirements and document business workflows.
• Configure solution components to fit client workflows and operational necessities.
• Aid in data migration by helping transfer existing client data into the new system.
• Test upgrades, enhancements, configuration modifications, and code fixes to ensure production readiness.
• Create and implement comprehensive test plans and schedules.
• Facilitate both internal and external project meetings.
• Provide progress updates and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies among project teams.
• Prepare documentation for new processes and procedures regarding product and feature functionalities.
• Assist with change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Over 3 years of experience in supporting software, technology, or financial services implementations, including client onboarding or project delivery tasks.
• More than 3 years of experience in gathering business requirements, aiding client configurations, testing system modifications, and coordinating cross-functional implementation activities.
• Proficient in using structured test plans, issue tracking, and process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in leading project meetings and delivering updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Preferred experience in financial services, payments, or fintech platforms.
• Preferred expertise in data migration, production readiness tasks, or post-production support.
• Preferred experience contributing to change management and client training initiatives.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
• Must not require sponsorship currently or in the future.
• This role necessitates the use of a computer and audio equipment.
