Lead Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation initiatives.

• Oversee implementation processes for assigned accounts, ensuring successful software deployment and training to enhance client adoption.

• Lead cross-functional project teams while managing timelines and deliverables effectively.

• Identify and address project risks and challenges proactively.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment throughout the process.

• Promote collaboration and teamwork among project team members.

• Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementations.

• Track client progress and activities to guarantee adoption while adhering to scope and schedule.

• Conduct virtual or in-person sessions for customers.

• Travel to customer locations as necessary, approximately 40% of the time.

• Act as the primary point of contact during the client implementation phases for both hardware and software.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including those at the executive level.

• Advise customers on change management programs, Motive product usage, and initial system configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related B2B role, ideally within telematics, logistics, or fleet management.

• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of an organization, including executive and C-suite.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Must be authorized to gain access to Motive products and technology.
