This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver advanced technical and operational assistance to enterprise clients concerning product-related challenges within hybrid Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analyses on intricate, multi-tier system defects.
• Address customer inquiries through both email and phone communications.
• Facilitate online troubleshooting and investigative sessions within customer production environments.
• Gather and document problem specifics, logs, and diagnostic data from legacy systems and Kubernetes telemetry.
• Replicate customer-reported issues in controlled testing environments.
• Create custom utilities, workarounds, and solutions to resolve critical problems and enhance product functionality.
• Apply defect fixes and ensure their validation through automated testing suites prior to release.
• Design, construct, and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, configure, and manage containerized workloads on AWS EKS, including Helm charts, namespaces, autoscaling, and rolling deployments.
• Oversee and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructure through patching, hardening, and performance optimization.
• Assist in migrating applicable workloads to Kubernetes.
• Monitor production health, performance, and capacity using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, or Datadog.
• Proactively identify and rectify system anomalies.
• Support Product and Development teams with performance analysis, functional testing, release validation, and automated regression testing.
• Collaborate with Product Implementation and Development teams to resolve complex issues and facilitate smooth product delivery.
• Work collaboratively with distributed Product Operations staff in a virtual environment.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance on Windows/Linux administration, containerization, automation, and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure a consistent, responsive, and technically proficient customer experience.
• Fulfill annual performance review or goal-setting duties and complete assigned special projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL.
• 5 years of practical experience in developing or supporting applications with one or more of the following: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#, or VB.Net.
• 5 years of experience with EDI and EDI systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Enrollment Management within the Healthcare sector.
• 5 years of experience working with HTML/XML.
• 5 years of experience involving code, including debugging and analyzing defects within code.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution.
• Proficiency in identifying problems, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions.
• Capacity to swiftly learn new technologies, processes, and tools.
• Ability to clearly convey and understand technical concepts.
• Capability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
