This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct ongoing operational oversight of TAG IMF participants.

• Facilitate the dissemination and follow-up on irregularity notifications (CSOs).

• Supervise response service level agreements (SLAs) and aid in the preparation of documentation for regulatory and dispute-related processes.

• Carry out the triage and preliminary management of manual regulatory monitoring alerts (INCs and PRBs).

• Dispatch standard communications to participants.

• Monitor dispute response timelines, maintain a record of sent CSOs, and document justifications received from participants.

• Organize analyses, develop tracking views, and manage extensive datasets pertaining to customer operational monitoring.

• Gather, arrange, and preserve evidence to assist in the stages of inspection, penalties, and OFP investigations.

• Keep tracking dashboards in Trello and Google Sheets, along with tickets in ServiceNow/TAGhub, updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Microsoft Office / Google Sheets (Intermediate): Competence in managing control spreadsheets, utilizing filters, and organizing operational databases.

• Prior experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, TopDesk, Jira, or Zendesk), internal communication tools (Slack or Microsoft Teams), and visual task management applications (Trello).

• Exceptional attention to detail, strict compliance with deadlines, and the capability to manage operational routines without sacrificing quality.

• Preferred: Fundamental understanding of the payments sector and Central Bank of Brazil regulations (BCB Resolutions No. 264 and 304), along with familiarity with observability and data tools (Looker Studio, Datadog, Power BI).
