Senior Operations and Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct ongoing operational monitoring of Tag IMF participants.

• Ensure the timely delivery and tracking of unusual activity notifications (CSOs).

• Oversee response Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory and dispute-related processes.

• Manage the initial assessment and handling of manual regulatory monitoring alerts (INCs and PRBs).

• Distribute standard notifications to participants regarding absent UR records, settlement issues, schedule reconciliations, and repeated offense notices.

• Monitor dispute response timelines, keep a record of sent CSOs in a spreadsheet, and document the justifications received.

• Organize analyses, develop tracking views, and manage extensive datasets concerning customers’ operational monitoring.

• Gather, arrange, and archive evidence for inspections, penalties, and OFP investigation case files.

• Update dashboards in Trello and Google Sheets, as well as manage tickets within ServiceNow/Taghub.

⛳️ Requirements

• Microsoft Office / Google Sheets (Intermediate): Proficient in control spreadsheets, filtering, and managing operational databases.

• Prior experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, TopDesk, Jira, or Zendesk.

• Familiarity with communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

• Experience with Trello.

• Exceptional attention to detail, effective deadline management, and the capability to monitor operational routines without sacrificing quality.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the payments market and Central Bank of Brazil regulations (BCB Resolutions No. 264 and 304).

• Preferred: Proficiency in Looker Studio, Datadog, or Power BI.
