This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea, +2 more countries.
β’ Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and overseeing product stewardship initiatives throughout the APAC region.
β’ Manage regulatory submissions, registrations, approvals, certifications, import documentation, and other essential tasks to sustain and enhance market access for products.
β’ Prepare, review, maintain, and coordinate regional Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and associated hazard communication documents in line with local regulations.
β’ Evaluate regional marketing materials to ensure that claims are properly supported and appropriate for local market utilization.
β’ Address regulatory inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, working alongside subject matter experts to deliver prompt and accurate information.
β’ Collaborate with APAC country leaders, distributor partners, and global cross-functional teams to set priorities, support new product introductions, and address regulatory, shipping, and trade compliance requirements.
β’ Background in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, quality, or a similar compliance role, preferably with experience in APAC markets.
β’ Experience in a US-based or multinational organization, with a proven ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, and time zones.
β’ Solid understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks concerning product registration, imports, Safety Data Sheets, hazard communication, and market access, particularly regarding import regulations in Japan.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying regulatory information clearly to internal teams, clients, and external partners.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities, country-specific requirements, and documentation schedules.
β’ Proficient in standard office technology and document management systems, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
