Senior OpenShift Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance the readiness and operational maturity of the OpenShift platform.

• Design and deploy networking solutions within the OpenShift environment.

• Diagnose issues related to cluster health, capacity, storage, and workloads.

• Improve GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.

• Expand the capabilities of the Ansible Automation Platform and operational automation.

• Offer guidance on platform lifecycle and upgrade planning.

• Develop technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.

• Provide hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to team members.

• Oversee platform initiatives from the planning stage to execution.

• Collaborate closely with customer teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• OpenShift Virtualization certification is mandatory.

• Significant experience in architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise-level OpenShift environments.

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift networking, and container platforms.

• Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and version control systems.

• Advanced experience with the Ansible Automation Platform.

• Demonstrated ability to address complex technical challenges and manage projects independently.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Availability to work during EST hours, specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Some travel may be necessary.
