OneStream Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and configuration of OneStream in collaboration with the Systems Integrator.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable OneStream solutions.

• Supervise data integration with SAP ERP and other source systems.

• Engage in design reviews, testing phases, and deployment strategies.

• Manage Production, Development, and Sandbox OneStream environments.

• Oversee metadata, hierarchies, and dimensional structures.

• Execute and track scheduled and ad hoc data loads.

• Resolve integration and transformation logic issues.

• Enhance and maintain data pipelines and connector configurations.

• Act as the primary contact for OneStream support and issue resolution.

• Offer technical guidance to finance personnel and power users.

• Validate and test processes when there are changes in upstream or downstream systems.

• Copy production data to non-production environments for testing purposes.

• Develop test scenarios and scripts.

• Present modifications to the CAB and implement approved changes.

• Keep system documentation, configuration logs, and control matrices up to date.

• Ensure SOX compliance and assist with both internal and external audits.

• Manage user roles, security groups, and access controls.

• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of relevant software and industry experience.

• Strong preference for extensive knowledge and experience in OneStream.

• Solid understanding of financial processes including FP&A, closing procedures, and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with SAP BW, Power BI, and enterprise data integration.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Visio.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
