This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Promote Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers by analyzing account and business environments.
• Connect account evaluations with an understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse portfolio of products.
• Stimulate demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Create thorough territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships throughout various institutions.
• Navigate access barriers with healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring relationships with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of targeted physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored skills and appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, leveraging multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• The territory encompasses Nashville, Clarksville, and Columbia, TN, as well as Jackson, MS.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with over 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and communicate complex technical and scientific product information and disease management to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient with complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology strategy.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• This position necessitates permanent work authorization in the United States.
• 3-5 years of Oncology sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Prostate Cancer Therapeutic Area is preferred.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• An Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
