This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product lineup to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform healthcare community members about the correct usage of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patients’ experiences with Pfizer products and elevate the quality of patient care.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers by analyzing account and business environments.
• Connect insights from accounts and business landscapes with knowledge of Pfizer’s products and resources.
• Promote a wide range of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Nurture relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring relationships with key customers.
• Evaluate needs of targeted physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Cover a territory that includes Nashville, Clarksville, and Columbia in Tennessee, as well as Jackson in Mississippi.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed.
• Possession of a valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience engaging with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Outstanding ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of Oncology sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in the Prostate Cancer Therapeutic Area (preferred).
• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree (preferred).
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders (preferred).
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
