This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare sector about the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patients’ experiences with Pfizer offerings and the overall quality of care.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business environments with an understanding of Pfizer's products and resources.
• Promote a diverse range of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop enduring relationships with key customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with responsive methods, targeted skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate within a matrix environment and utilize multiple resources to fulfill customer requirements and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record that aligns with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience collaborating with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Outstanding ability to learn and convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred: Experience within the Prostate Cancer Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role necessitates permanent work authorization in the United States.
