This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Promote Pfizer’s diverse product lineup to healthcare professionals and specialists.
• Provide education to members of the healthcare sector on the appropriate use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance the patient experience with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target clients.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business landscapes with an understanding of Pfizer’s products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide range of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships within various institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Identify the needs of targeted physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment and utilize multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and accomplishments in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional learning ability and the capability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
