This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community on the proper usage of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized clients to enhance patient experiences and care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand profile among high-value target customers.
• Connect assessments of accounts and business landscapes with insights into Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse portfolio of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Create thorough territory, account, and customer strategies.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate access challenges with healthcare providers and clients.
• Nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and prioritized customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians/accounts and respond with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment and utilize various resources to fulfill customer requirements and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving history that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience OR a minimum of 4 years as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) engaging with key Oncology thought leaders or influential clients in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional roles.
• Outstanding ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in utilizing complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology framework.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred: Background in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. with any employer.
• Position necessitates permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
