This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Promote Pfizer’s diverse product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate members of the healthcare community on the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Interact with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer offerings and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Analyze account and business landscapes, linking insights to Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide range of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Maintain ongoing relationships within institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Territory encompasses Westchester, NY and the surrounding areas.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years in Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven success and accomplishments in previous Pharmaceutical Sales roles or Healthcare Professional (HCP) positions.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product information and disease management insights to a diverse range of customers.
• Strong business acumen demonstrated through previous experience.
• Proficient in utilizing complex digital applications and adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology framework.
• 3-5 years of Oncology sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area is preferred.
• Background in calling on institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Ability to work within a matrix environment, leveraging multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available and will not be in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
