This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Promote Pfizer's diverse product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the appropriate utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences and quality of care.
• Strengthen Pfizer's brand presence with high-value target customers.
• Evaluate account and business landscapes while linking insights to Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide array of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate comprehensive plans for territories, accounts, and customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build relationships with KOLs and priority customers.
• Identify target physician and account needs and address them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve outcomes.
• Cover the Baltimore area and its surrounding territories.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations in the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or at least 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers.
• Proven history of success and achievements in prior Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional roles.
• Strong ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product information as well as disease management details.
• High degree of business acumen demonstrated.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s technology framework.
• 3–5 years of experience in Oncology sales is preferred.
• Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area is preferred.
• Prior experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• An Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
