This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate members of the healthcare community on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall quality of care.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Analyze account and business landscapes, connecting insights with an understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse portfolio of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Develop thorough territory, account, and customer strategies to meet desired objectives.
• Maintain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate obstacles to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and top-priority customers.
• Identify the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored approaches, targeted skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Cover the Baltimore area and its surrounding territories.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving incidents within the past 7 years will render you ineligible for hire.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievement in prior Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional learning aptitude and ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in utilizing complex digital applications and adaptability to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.
