This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Promote the portfolio of Pfizer’s products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the appropriate use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business environments with knowledge of Pfizer’s products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide range of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to reach difficult-to-access healthcare providers and customers.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and priority clients.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with the appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, leveraging various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• The territory includes Eastern Washington, Spokane, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) along with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Excellent aptitude for learning and the ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Strong business acumen demonstrated in past roles.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of Oncology sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
