This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer offerings and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand among high-value target customers by integrating account/business landscape insights with knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse portfolio of products.
• Utilize knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and product lines.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians/accounts and respond with tailored strategies, specialized skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment and utilize various resources to fulfill customer requirements and achieve results.
• Travel across the designated territory, including Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight when necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) collaborating with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales roles or Healthcare Professional (HCP) positions.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in utilizing complex digital applications and adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology framework.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred: Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
