This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Promote the portfolio of Pfizer products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate the healthcare community about the appropriate utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences and quality of care.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand among high-value target customers.
• Evaluate account and business environments.
• Utilize knowledge of Pfizer products and resources to shape customer and account strategies.
• Advocate for a diverse range of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Develop thorough territory, account, and customer plans.
• Maintain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate access challenges to connect with healthcare providers and customers.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and priority clients.
• Identify the needs of target physicians and accounts, and respond with appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment and leverage various resources to meet customer requirements and achieve results.
• Travel within the assigned territory, encompassing Nevada, Northwest Arizona, and Southeast Utah.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates from hiring.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or HCP roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3–5 years of Oncology sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in Breast Cancer Therapeutic Areas is preferred.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• An Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
• In-depth understanding of relevant customers and markets.
• Strong skills in strategic account selling and management.
• Exceptional selling, technical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Quick adaptability to new working methods.
• Capability to work in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
