This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Promote Pfizer’s diverse product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members about the appropriate utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patients' experiences with Pfizer offerings and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence with high-value target customers.
• Analyze account and business environments, linking insights with knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide range of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create thorough territory, account, and customer plans aimed at achieving objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate access barriers with hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and priority customers.
• Assess the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate effectively in a matrix environment, leveraging various resources to meet customer needs and deliver results.
• Travel across the Denver West Territory, which includes Wyoming and Montana.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or at least 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience collaborating with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
• This position necessitates permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred: Experience in Breast Cancer Therapeutic Areas.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
