This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote Pfizer’s diverse product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the correct usage of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences and the quality of care.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Analyze account and business environments and align insights with Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a wide array of products.
• Stimulate demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer strategies.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Access challenging healthcare providers and customers.
• Foster relationships with KOLs and establish enduring connections with key customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, persuade, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to fulfill customer requirements and achieve results.
• The territory encompasses Sacramento and Northern California.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, or an associate’s degree coupled with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Outstanding ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in utilizing complex digital applications and adaptability to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
