This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate members of the healthcare community on the correct usage of Pfizer offerings.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Evaluate account and business landscapes, linking insights with knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse portfolio of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer offerings within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and clients.
• Foster connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring relationships with key customers.
• Identify the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to fulfill customer requirements and achieve results.
• Cover the Fresno, Bakersfield, Modesto, and surrounding regions.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and the capacity to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information effectively to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in using complex digital applications, with the ability to adapt to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must be authorized for employment in the U.S. by any employer.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
