This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Act as the primary contact for site and campus-level customer space requests and planning inquiries.
β’ Provide essential site data for housing initiatives, which includes attendance metrics, utilization rates, space type ratio gaps, anticipated RSM, most/least utilized spaces, site perception, pinch points, and meeting/huddle room locations and ratios.
β’ Participate in meetings related to major renovation projects, minor projects, and project relocations.
β’ Assist in strategic planning to address campus/building-specific forecasts and challenges.
β’ Create migration strategies and the sequencing of group-level relocations.
β’ Engage in understanding initial program requirements for various departments and buildings.
β’ Generate stacking diagrams by location, building, and floor.
β’ Implement Hybrid work and Design for Attendance principles.
β’ Lead utilization studies utilizing sensors, manual observations, and badge swipe data.
β’ Present JLL Occupancy Planning Benchmarking and convey industry occupancy planning trends.
β’ Utilize occupancy planning technologies and comprehend how AI can enhance occupancy planning processes.
β’ Supply occupancy data, housing project updates, and Occupancy Planning initiative progress for client-facing reports and presentations.
β’ Facilitate and engage in quarterly capacity and population audits across all regional sites.
β’ Ensure accuracy of site capacity, population, seat assignments, and floorplans within FMS/SPACE.
β’ Report on current supply, capacity, and three-year inventory forecasts.
β’ Measure and communicate cost savings and value-added contributions.
β’ Collaborate with the Client's Workplace Strategy Team, Real Estate Board, Real Estate Cluster Leads, HR, department leaders, external design partners, and the JLL One Team.
β’ 3-6 years of experience in facilities, space planning, occupancy management, or roles related to CAD/CAFM.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ Understanding of office utilization, office design principles, and hybrid work trends.
β’ Strong attention to detail and spatial creativity.
β’ Excellent data storytelling capabilities.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
β’ Proficiency in AutoCAD and FMS is desirable.
