This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the operations, governance, evaluation, and enterprise alignment of Humana’s Network Resource Groups.
• Collaborate with NRG leaders, executive sponsors, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to synchronize activities with enterprise objectives.
• Enhance and support NRG governance, operational standards, resources, and accountability measures.
• Oversee playbooks, charters, onboarding materials, templates, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate cross-NRG initiatives, programs, events, and engagement activities.
• Discover collaboration opportunities among NRGs and with business stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on NRG membership, participation, engagement, and impact.
• Create recurring reports that summarize trends, gaps, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Partner with People Analytics, HR, and NRG leaders to enhance measurement and reporting.
• Act as an operational point of contact for NRG leaders, providing guidance, coordination, and support.
• Oversee communication channels, updates, agendas, summaries, and briefing documents.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for complex initiatives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve governance, efficiency, and leader experience.
• Highlight risks, barriers, and resource requirements while promoting continuous improvement.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to address business challenges and organizational, workforce, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Report directly to the Director of Inclusion Advisory and Practice as an individual contributor.
• Over 5 years of experience in inclusion and engagement, culture, associate experience, human resources, community engagement, project management, communications, organizational effectiveness, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting programs, initiatives, communities, or workstreams focused on inclusion, belonging, engagement, culture, associate experience, or talent outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Capability to utilize reporting, workflow, or automation tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Fully remote position within the US.
• Must work from a dedicated space free from interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Self-provided internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Previous participation in a Network Resource Group, associate resource group, employee resource group, associate community, or similar enterprise initiative beyond general membership (preferred).
• Experience in supporting enterprise governance, leader enablement, community engagement, or cross-functional program execution (preferred).
• Familiarity with survey tools, listening platforms, HR systems, people analytics, Power BI, Power Automate, or related reporting and workflow tools (preferred).
• Experience in a centralized, matrixed, or enterprise operating model (preferred).
• Demonstrated interest in enhancing associate experience, talent development, belonging, and community at an enterprise level (preferred).
