Senior Network Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate multifaceted operational challenges while formulating strategic solutions.

• Implement tactical strategies to resolve and alleviate operational concerns, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint root causes and create effective resolutions.

• Manage and oversee problem-resolution initiatives.

• Employ advanced analytical methods and tools to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance problem-solving techniques and operational processes.

• Take ownership of the MoneyPass Locator and guarantee adherence to MoneyPass guidelines, including the enforcement of fines or penalties.

• Review disputes and arbitration cases, offering decisions to the review board.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI technologies to enhance operational excellence, productivity, client experience, automation, and innovation.

• Assist with client contract tracking, which includes reviewing contracts and amendments, logging key terms and special pricing, and informing teams of pricing updates.

• Deliver timely, accurate, and pertinent communications about network requirements and updates.

• Maintain client fee invoice pricing, including updates for published and special contractual pricing.

• Support client invoicing operations, including card royalty billing, surcharge monitoring and billing, implementation fee billing, and addressing billing inquiries.

• Validate and oversee pricing and interchange configurations on MoneyPass.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in business operations analysis, technical business analysis, client operations, or a comparable position.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities, spearhead operational initiatives, and ensure timely resolution of business challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
