Senior Network Engineer – APJ-C Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement intricate regional network solutions for emerging business opportunities, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and application services.

• Develop solutions that incorporate switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, IP telephony, IVR, ACD, SD-WAN appliances, WAN accelerators, load balancers, and other networking technologies.

• Offer comprehensive operational support for both global and regional network services.

• Facilitate customer access to revenue-generating applications and enable colleague access to company systems.

• Resolve critical and highly complex issues with limited assistance from senior engineers.

• Monitor tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Mentor and cultivate junior engineers.

• Revise documentation with new insights.

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance service reliability, performance, and efficiency.

• Provide technical advice to junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering or a related field is required.

• A Master's/Postgraduate Degree in Network Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Cisco Certified DevNet Professional certification.

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security certification.

• CCNP Collaboration with 2 or more concentrations.

• F5 or another load balancer Certified Technical Specialist certification.

• Proficient knowledge of cutting-edge tools and techniques to minimize network latency and enhance network performance.

• Capability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.

• Ability to conduct basic mathematical calculations.

• Attention to critical details with precision and efficiency.

• Clear communication and effective information sharing.

• Ability to engage effectively with all management levels.
