Senior NetSuite Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of ensuring client success across NetSuite ERP and custom projects.

• Communicate with clients to foster business relationships and keep projects on track.

• Manage stakeholders, expectations, resource allocation, and conflicting priorities.

• Ensure compliance with Plative's delivery framework and project management practices.

• Provide strategic business and project reviews to inform clients about proposed solutions.

• Report on budget management, project progress, risk mitigation, and issue escalation.

• Coordinate IT project teams to integrate business requirements into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data migrations.

• Address and manage escalations as a client advocate to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Oversee NetSuite projects including implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and SFDC build-out.

• Create and present technical concepts, work plans, delivery strategies, milestones, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive, life-cycle implementation experience with NetSuite across various industry sectors.

• Over 3 years of Project Management experience in a consulting setting.

• At least 4 years of practical experience with NetSuite implementations.

• Proven expertise in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or an MBA (preferred).

• Experience delivering numerous complex NetSuite projects (preferred).

• CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications (preferred).
