Senior .NET/SQL Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications utilizing C# and ASP.NET/.NET technologies.

• Design, construct, and oversee backend services, APIs, and middleware integrations.

• Create, update, and troubleshoot SSRS reports that support business functions.

• Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.

• Analyze and address complex production issues across various applications and environments.

• Support updates and enhancements for front-end applications as required.

• Modernize legacy applications while minimizing technical debt.

• Manage source control, deployments, and CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps.

• Ensure applications adhere to established accessibility requirements and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, QA teams, and technical personnel to deliver secure and reliable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.

• Expert-level knowledge in SQL Server and performance optimization, with at least 5 years of experience.

• 5 years of experience in developing and consuming RESTful or SOAP APIs.

• Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps for project management and pipeline management, requiring at least 5 years.

• In-depth understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• 5 years of experience with GitHub or Angular.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SASS, with at least 5 years of experience.

• 5 years of experience utilizing AWS services.

• Advanced knowledge of the .NET ecosystem is highly desired.

• Familiarity with USWDS design standards is highly desired.

• Experience working within HHS or a similar state or federal health agency is highly desired.

• Familiarity with DOM processes and state IT frameworks is highly desired.

• Background in UX design is highly desired.
