Senior .NET/SQL Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and provide support for enterprise applications utilizing C# and ASP.NET/.NET technologies.

• Design, construct, and manage backend services, APIs, and middleware integrations.

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSRS reports that support business operations.

• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and queries.

• Analyze and resolve intricate production issues across various applications and environments.

• Assist with updates and enhancements to front-end applications.

• Modernize outdated applications and minimize technical debt.

• Oversee source control, deployments, and CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps.

• Ensure that applications comply with established accessibility requirements and standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, QA teams, and technical staff to deliver dependable and secure solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET/ASP.NET Core.

• Advanced experience with SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Experience in creating and supporting SSRS reports.

• Familiarity with developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP services.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps.

• Experience in supporting enterprise production applications.

• Background in working across front-end, middleware, and backend services.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices for accessibility remediation.

• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: experience in supporting government, healthcare, or HHS systems.

• Preferred: experience in maintaining and modernizing legacy applications.

• Preferred: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, GitHub, AWS services, and accessibility certification or formal training in accessibility.
