Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create solutions utilizing C# and the .NET framework.

• Design, implement, and sustain microservices architectures.

• Utilize and integrate Azure services effectively.

• Enforce DevOps best practices along with CI/CD processes.

• Connect relational and non-relational databases with microservices.

• Develop, consume, and manage versions of RESTful APIs.

• Enable asynchronous communication between services through messaging tools.

• Produce clean, testable, and scalable code.

• Enhance systems for optimal performance and reliability.

• Collaborate in agile settings and work with cross-functional teams.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing with C# and .NET, including .NET Core/.NET 5+

• In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, covering design, implementation, and maintenance.

• Expertise in Azure cloud services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or App Services.

• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, inclusive of CI/CD, utilizing Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.

• Proficient in relational databases like SQL Server and non-relational databases such as Cosmos DB, with an emphasis on microservices integration.

• Capability to write clean, testable, and scalable code adhering to SOLID principles and using unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, including their creation, consumption, and version control.

• Experience with messaging tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus for facilitating asynchronous communication between services.

• Ability to tackle complex issues and enhance systems for high performance and uptime.

• Proven experience in agile environments, such as Scrum/Kanban, working with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant Azure certifications like AZ-204 or AZ-305, or experience with security in fintech applications, such as OAuth or JWT (preferred).

• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to support junior developers and peers.
