Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement features and projects utilizing the C#, .NET Core, and Angular technology stack.

• Write code that is clean, maintainable, and well-tested, encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Take full responsibility for features from the initial requirements analysis to deployment.

• Deploy and monitor services within AWS cloud-native environments.

• Address production issues and incidents with a sense of accountability.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams following Agile methodologies.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of systems and processes.

• Develop and expand an embedded finance platform that integrates directly with partner services.

• Create features that enhance the experiences of customers and partners while ensuring reliability in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong skills in object-oriented programming and system design.

• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and Angular.

• Familiarity with software testing principles and practices.

• Proficient in cloud-native and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.

• Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and availability.

• Proven track record in FinTech, payments, banking, or regulated financial sectors.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.

• Possess a growth mindset, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Open to constructive feedback and focused on improvement.

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is advantageous.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka and RabbitMQ is a plus.

• Proficiency in observability tools like Datadog is a plus.

• Knowledge of domain-driven design and complex domain modeling is an added advantage.
