Senior .NET Back-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver production support and technical maintenance for .NET systems, ensuring application reliability and availability.

• Oversee systems and messaging platforms, examining logs, queues, and metrics to detect and rectify incidents.

• Conduct debugging and technical triage of issues, ensuring defects are resolved while minimizing business disruption.

• Suggest and execute continuous improvements to application code, architecture, and monitoring practices.

• Assist business teams and other technical departments with requirements analysis and clarification of functional inquiries.

• Design and maintain .NET APIs, microservices, and integrations.

• Guarantee application observability through the application of APM tools, metrics, and centralized logging.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to the complete application lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring, and support).

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET / C# (minimum of 3 years).

• Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Experience in working with microservices and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.).

• Understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.).

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Practical experience in unit testing (TDD) and design patterns.

• Familiarity with integrating and supporting cloud applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Awareness of the financial services sector and banking operations.

• Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and code quality tools (SonarQube).

• Prior experience in supporting and maintaining mission-critical, highly available systems.

• Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
