Senior .NET and AWS Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engineering and developing backend applications.

• Updating legacy systems by transitioning monolithic architectures to distributed, event-driven frameworks.

• Utilizing BDD, TDD, unit testing, integration testing, and TAAC methodologies.

• Establishing automated testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines.

• Leading the advancement of the technology platform through modernization, decoupling, observability, and scalability enhancements.

• Defining and executing cloud-native, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.

• Engaging in technical governance, aiding squads, and contributing to architectural decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level/Senior professional with expertise in .NET/AWS.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps and DevSecOps principles, particularly in build, deployment, and infrastructure automation.

• Proficient in ALM/SCM, code versioning, code reviews, branching strategies, and continuous quality practices.

• Technical skills in distributed platforms using C# .NET and SQL Server, including modern pattern refactoring.

• Experience in migrating data and applications to the cloud, covering rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring.

• Proficiency in AWS services: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Python, ECS, EKS, Docker, Terraform, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.

• Understanding of observability and reliability concepts, including monitoring, logs, tracing, metrics, and alarms.

• Experience working in business-critical environments that demand performance, resilience, and operational continuity.

• Familiarity with technical governance, standards definition, squad support, and architectural decision-making.
