📋 Description

• Deliver user-facing mobile features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless transition from design handoff to release.

• Create new experiences and improve existing workflows within Thumbtack applications used by customers and service professionals.

• Collaborate across iOS and Android platforms when necessary, utilizing agentic tools and cutting-edge models to expedite delivery.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, develop, and refine features.

• Contribute to the strategy for integrating GenAI technologies.

• Implement integrations with key partners and develop experiences tailored to specific partner requirements.

• Design new experiences for various verticals and industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in either Android or iOS development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the contemporary language and UI stack on at least one platform: Kotlin + Jetpack Compose for Android, or Swift + SwiftUI for iOS.

• Over 6 years of professional software experience, with a focus on developing consumer-facing mobile features.

• Strong understanding of product dynamics and the ability to convert product and design requirements into technical solutions.

• Proven history of managing features throughout their entire lifecycle, including experimentation, A/B testing, metrics tracking, data-driven iterations, and post-launch support.

• Skilled in navigating app store reviews, OS version compatibility, and device fragmentation challenges.
