Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop video creatives for Facebook and Google that set Nebula apart from competitors and convert audiences.

• Generate and implement new video and animation ideas based on campaign data.

• Create digital creatives to attract millions of users on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.

• Analyze the effectiveness of creatives and launch new iterations based on campaign data.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct brainstorming sessions, test approaches, and implement solutions in large-scale advertising campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Experience in creating video and animated creatives for digital platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, and others).

• Practical use of AI tools for image or video generation — such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, or equivalents.

• Understanding of composition, typography, and color.

• Knowledge of digital trends and advertising platform requirements.

• Ability to manage tasks from initial idea to final result without reminders or instructions.
