This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and various referral partners.

• Initiate mortgage loans and guide clients throughout the lending journey.

• Engage clients and referral partners through tailored marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with local underwriting, processing, and community-focused branch teams.

• Broaden the mortgage lending business into new licensed markets.

• Directly communicate with company leadership regarding organizational structure, culture, and lender benefits.

• Current NMLS license or federal loan originator registration.

• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners.

• Proficiency in mortgage and business-related software systems.
