This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate mortgage loan opportunities in Tennessee.

• Build and sustain relationships with real estate agents, builders, legal professionals, accountants, and other referral sources.

• Engage with clients and foster long-term referral partnerships through personalized marketing solutions.

• Navigate the underwriting and closing processes from application through to funding.

• Utilize mortgage, business, loan origination, pricing, human resources, and marketing systems.

• Broaden the mortgage lending business into additional licensed states and territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid NMLS license or federal loan originator registration.

• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, legal professionals, accountants, and other referral sources.

• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with mortgage and business-related software systems.
