• Build and nurture relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and various referral partners.

• Enhance client engagement and ensure long-term retention of referral partners through effective marketing solutions.

• Generate mortgage loans utilizing automated loan origination systems and adhering to product guidelines.

• Assist homebuyers and local realtors by providing mortgage lending services tailored to the market.

• Play a role in expanding the business into new licensed states and territories.

• Operate remotely or from branch locations across the region.

• A valid NMLS license or federal loan originator registration is required.

• Exceptional professional communication and interpersonal skills.
