Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Originate and sell mortgage loans.

• Establish and nurture relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners.

• Enhance client engagement and ensure long-term retention of referral partners through effective marketing solutions.

• Collaborate with underwriting and closing processes to facilitate the movement of applications through funding.

• Utilize automation systems for loan origination, product guidelines, pricing, HR systems, and marketing initiatives.

• Grow the business into new areas as applicable.

• Work in conjunction with Northpoint Mortgage leadership and branch teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid NMLS license or federal loan originator registration.

• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners.

• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in mortgage and business-related software systems.
