Senior Mobile QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop test cases and test steps that reflect an understanding of requirements and visual designs utilizing Jira.

• Create and implement both automated and manual testing strategies.

• Employ mobile application testing methodologies, techniques, and tools, which include test planning and case creation.

• Oversee daily application operations and deployment from development through pre-production, staging, and production phases.

• Verify development artifacts as they transition between different environments.

• Conduct system, integration, regression, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing while maintaining appropriate documentation.

• Relay test results and coordinate logistics with business analysts, developers, IT personnel, and leadership.

• Approve applications for progression to the next testing phase or production release.

• Create and disseminate regular testing status reports.

• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing initiatives.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders on exploratory testing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.

• A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience as a QA (Web Application Testing) Automation Engineer.

• Proficient with Java, Selenium, Cypress, and BDD frameworks.

• Ideally experienced in testing mobile applications developed for native iOS and native Android.

• Knowledge of Salesforce concepts such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform capabilities, and integration patterns.

• Capability to create responsive and accessible UI components.

• Between 3 to 5 years of technical project experience testing throughout the entire system development lifecycle.

• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team, exercising discretion and sound judgment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willingness and eagerness to rapidly learn new skills and technologies.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
