Senior Mobile Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Spearhead the technical exploration and implementation of an Apple CarPlay experience.

• Design low-distraction mobile and in-car workflows for bookings, destinations, access, and parking-related tasks.

• Convert product requirements into clear user flows, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.

• Actively identify UX challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the user experience.

• Create robust mobile experiences that function well under poor or intermittent network conditions.

• Integrate with APIs, authentication systems, maps, location services, notifications, analytics, and access control workflows.

• Implement native iOS features as required, including platform channels and CarPlay frameworks.

• Enhance architecture, performance, accessibility, observability, testing, and release quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and delivering production mobile applications.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Experience in managing mobile features from ideation to production release.

• Strong UI/UX instincts, with the capability to enhance workflows beyond merely executing finalized designs.

• Comprehensive understanding of mobile architecture, state management, API integration, authentication, caching, and error handling.

• Experience in developing reliable applications for low-connectivity scenarios.

• Familiarity with automated testing, performance optimization, accessibility, and mobile release protocols.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

• Nice to have: Experience with Apple CarPlay, including templates, entitlements, HIG, or review processes.

• Nice to have: Native iOS experience with Swift, UIKit, or SwiftUI.

• Nice to have: Experience with Android Auto or native Android development.

• Nice to have: Experience in maps, geolocation, navigation, parking, mobility, or access control products.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Figma, design systems, prototyping, or usability testing.

• Nice to have: Experience in enterprise SaaS environments with security, privacy, or compliance considerations.
